The ticket price, Event date, venue, participation format, and other relevant conditions are specified on the Website at the time of purchase.
The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event programme, schedule, speakers, and other organizational details where necessary. Such changes shall not be considered cancellation of the Event unless otherwise announced by the Organizer.

If the Buyer is unable or decides not to attend the Event for personal reasons, the possibility and conditions of a refund shall be determined by the ticket conditions communicated at the time of purchase and applicable Ukrainian law.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by the Organizer, failure to attend the Event does not automatically entitle the Buyer to a refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including interruptions caused by third-party services, technical failures outside the Organizer’s control, or force majeure circumstances.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Buyer when placing an order.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and the relationship between the Organizer and the Participant shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Website, purchase of tickets, or participation in the Event should, where possible, be resolved through communication and negotiation between the Parties.
