for ordering and purchasing tickets to the ICAMPS International Congress of Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery
This Agreement constitutes an official and public offer by the Organizer to enter into an agreement for the purchase of tickets to an event held under the auspices of the ICAMPS International Congress of Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery and presented on the ICAMPS website.
This Agreement is a public agreement pursuant to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Its terms and conditions are the same for all Buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, or individual entrepreneur), without preference being given to any Buyer over another.
By entering into this Agreement, the Buyer fully accepts the terms and conditions governing the placement of an order, payment for tickets, access to the Event, liability for improper or fraudulent orders, and all other provisions of this Agreement.
The Agreement shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks the “Confirm Order” button on the checkout page and receives an electronic order confirmation from the Organizer.
1. Definitions
1.1. Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) means the Organizer’s public proposal addressed to an indefinite number of persons to enter into an agreement with the Organizer for the purchase of a ticket to the Event (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) under the terms and conditions set forth in this Offer.
1.2. Event means the ICAMPS International Congress of Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery organized by the Organizer, tickets for which are sold through the ICAMPS website.
1.3. Online Platform means the Organizer’s website, created for the purpose of providing information about the Event and entering into agreements for the purchase of tickets to participate in the Event.
1.4. Buyer means a legally competent individual aged 18 or older who purchases a ticket to the Event through the website for purposes unrelated to business activities, or a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
1.5. Organizer means the legal entity organizing the Event and offering tickets for sale through the website.
2. Subject Matter of the Agreement
2.1. The Organizer undertakes to provide the Buyer with a ticket to the Event, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and receive the ticket in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.2. The date on which the Offer Agreement is concluded and the moment of the Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of its terms shall be the date on which the Buyer completes the order form available on the website, provided that the Buyer receives an electronic order confirmation from the Organizer.
At the Buyer’s request, the Agreement may, where necessary, be executed in writing.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. The Buyer independently places an order through the order form available on the website or by contacting the Organizer via the email address or telephone number specified in the “Contacts” section.
3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to provide a ticket to the Buyer if the information provided by the Buyer when placing the order is incomplete or raises reasonable doubts as to its accuracy or authenticity.
3.3. When placing an order on the website, the Buyer shall provide the following mandatory information required to process the order:
3.3.1. Buyer’s first and last name;
3.3.2. Contact telephone number and email address;
3.3.3. Any other information required to provide access to the Event, where applicable.
3.4. The type, quantity, and price of the tickets selected by the Buyer shall be indicated on the website and in the order confirmation sent to the Buyer’s email address.
3.5. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer by entering the required information into the registration form on the website. Once the order has been placed, the Buyer’s information shall be entered into the Organizer’s database.
3.6. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided when placing the Order.
3.7. By entering into the Agreement, i.e. by accepting the terms of this Offer through placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that:
a) the Buyer has fully read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this Offer;
b) the Buyer consents to the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.
4. Price and Payment
4.1. Ticket prices are determined independently by the Organizer and are indicated on the website. All prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and include VAT.
4.2. The Organizer may change ticket prices unilaterally; however, the price of a ticket that has already been paid for in full by the Buyer shall not be changed.
4.3. The Buyer’s payment obligation shall be deemed fulfilled once the funds have been credited to the Organizer’s account.
4.4. Tickets shall be paid for using the payment methods specified in the “Payment” section of the website.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Organizer shall:
5.1.1. Provide the Buyer with a ticket to the Event in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Buyer’s Order.
5.1.2. Keep confidential any private information relating to the Buyer and refrain from providing third parties with access to such information, except where required by law or necessary for the fulfillment of the Buyer’s Order.
5.2. The Organizer has the right to:
5.2.1. Unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement and ticket prices by publishing the relevant changes on the website. All changes shall take effect upon publication.
5.3. The Buyer shall:
5.3.1. Before entering into the Agreement, review the Agreement, its terms and conditions, and the prices offered by the Organizer on the website.
5.3.2. Provide all information required for the fulfillment of the Order.
6. Ticket Refunds
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return a ticket to the Event in accordance with the terms established by the Organizer and the applicable laws of Ukraine.
6.2. The terms and timeframes for ticket refunds in the event that the Buyer decides not to participate in the Event shall be determined by the Organizer and published on the website.
7. Liability
7.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred by the Buyer in connection with the cancellation or postponement of the Event, except where otherwise provided by this Agreement or the applicable laws of Ukraine.
7.2. The Organizer and the Buyer shall be liable for the fulfillment of their respective obligations in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine and the provisions of this Agreement.
7.3. The Parties shall be released from liability for full or partial failure to perform their obligations if such failure results from force majeure circumstances.
8. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
8.1. By providing personal data on the website during registration or when placing an Order, the Buyer gives the Organizer voluntary consent to process and use such personal data.
8.2. The Organizer undertakes not to disclose information received from the Buyer except where such disclosure is required by the applicable laws of Ukraine.
8.3. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that their personal data remains accurate and up to date.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. This Agreement is concluded in Ukraine and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
9.2. Any disputes arising between the Buyer and the Organizer shall be resolved through negotiations. If the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute through negotiations, either Party may apply to a competent court in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
9.3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally.
